Product: Establishment of inter-ministry management and field teams.
Capacity and team building is a central focus of the MoSSaiC project. This is being achieved through the establishment of the inter-ministry management and the associated field teams. MoSSaiC has established three filed teams. One such team has undertaken road cut slope survey work for highway slope stability assessment and has installed the low cost piezometer system on road cut slopes in St Lucia.
This process of team management involving existing employees in government is an important capacity build 'guarantee' to the vision of MoSSaiC.
Field teams are now beginning to instruct other field teams in St Lucia, thus ensuring the vision is communicated and disseminated in an appropriate manner to as many existing government employees in St Lucia as possible.
