Completed projects
We have completed projects in Dominica and St Lucia in the Eastern Caribbean over the last 4 years, with financial support from the Government of St Lucia, US Agency for International Development and the British High Commission, St Lucia.
These projects, in some 7 communities, have involved the provision of low-cost surface drainage and other solutions to reduce landslide risk in the most vulnerable communities. Pleasingly, where interventions have been made, there is evidence of improved slope stability resilience. Total construction expenditure on completed projects exceeds US$1Million, with the construction work being tendered for, and undertaken by, community members.
